Animal Chakras – Chakra 3 , The Solar Plexus Chakra

Did you know that our chakras organize and direct the life force energy for each of us – human and animal? Yep. It’s so cool how each chakra oversees a different aspect of our lives.

The third chakra (Chakra 3 – the Solar Plexus Chakra) governs Personal Power. When this chakra is out of balance, we usually know it because an animal is jealous, guarding toys or food, or acting aggressively toward animals or people.

This week, I explain how to recognize a Chakra 3 imbalance in your pet – and give you a few suggested activities to try that can help rebalance the third chakra and bring more harmony to every member of your pack!
