Now I am diving deeper into the individual chakras.
And of course, I am starting with Chakra 1 – the Root Chakra.
This chakra governs our sense of safety and survival and stability. This Is such an important chakra to understand for ourselves and for our animal companions.

Cara, I was acquainted with you about 8 years ago, thru MK, regarding my dog Reese. You saved her life, working with her vet, which I’m eternally grateful. Reese has seemed like her root chakra has not been balanced her entire life. I have combined households with my daughters family and she is noticeably happier but still not secure in a way I’m accustomed to seeing in dogs, particularly Labs. My interest is so peaked that I feel drawn to your chakra class and summit. My goal is to continue working to give her her best life possible. TY, as always.
